Management Team
ROBERT CHIANG, President
Prior to joining POFC in 2007, Robert was the President and CEO of Radiantech Corp. which he co-founded in 1991. As a veteran in opto-electronic industry, Robert on behalf of Radiantech has coordinated VF-45 Taiwan Action Group Alliance with 3M innovative FTTx solutions, completed VF-45 (SG) active component business development with Honeywell and Infineon, and accomplished Taiwan SBIR project with alliance partners UniSVR, ISSC, Handlink, FameG in which they consolidated the definition of Hierarchical Unified Remote Instrument Framework. Robert holds BS of physics (Tung-Hai University) and MS of opto-electronic engineering and science (National Chiao-Tung University).
JOHN WU, Vice President
Before joining POFC in 2008, John is a veteran with 20 years of experience in IC industry featuring manufacturing and operation management. John is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), specializing in business process reengineering (BPR), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and product lifetime management (PLM). John has an MBA degree.
JOHN FANG, Vice President of Sales
Prior to joining POFC in 2010 as Vice President of Sales, John Fang held prominent positions at various communication companies, including ALCATEL, Morrihan, Tailyn Telecommunication Co., North Tao Yuan Cable TV Co., Taiwan Philips Youn Turn Cable TV Co., and TAI TUNG Communication Co. His main responsibilities were in the areas relating to Marketing & Business Development and Turn Key Project Management for the government optical fiber cable network construction project. John Fang graduated from Feng Chia University where he majored in automatic control engineering. He received an EMBA degree from the Management College of National Central University .
REX TSOU, Assistant Vice President
Rex holds BS of physics Tamkang University and MBA from Chang Gung University. Rex has a lot of working experience in Research and Development, Market Analysis, Marketing and Sales, and New Business Development at various companies, including ADI Co., OES/ITRI, LITE-ON IT Co., EnPower Co., and NEO-NEON Ltd.. He joined POFC in 2010 and takes in charge of Products planning and Marketing for POFC
L. C. TAI, Director of Administration
Ms. Tai joined POFC in 1994, responsible for finance and accounting management. With a business administration background, she is now in charge of supply chain operation.
